Additionally, may be responsible for performing routine research and follow-up.
Job Description:
Highly specialized Human Resource professionals with excellent communications skills focusing on end to end management of Escalations from employees, former employees and retirees. Provide end to end case management with a focus on employee experience while
balancing risk to the bank. The team's focus is primarily on Office of the CEO, Executive Escalations and tier 4 support of escalations from 3rd party vendors (IE Aon Hewitt).
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Case Management: Provide end to end support for escalations, keeping employee and submitter apprised of status through resolution.

Required skills:
- Must have current work experience and working knowledge
of Health & Insurance Benefit Plans, Payroll, Leaves of
Absence and Disability products, policies, regulations and services. This is not negotiable
- Must have end to end management HR escalations experience
- Exceptional customer-service skills- our employees and
employee's families are our clients, they deserve the best
- Proven ability to manage complex HR cases
- Desire to continuously improve experiences for our employees
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal,
ability to customize communications style for various audiences including Executives
- Commitment to strive for simplicity and transparency while demonstrating empathy and care for our clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of HR Systems and the downstream processes
- Knowledge and experience working with 3rd party vendors (HR Field)
- Knowledge of Internal bank hierarchy, LOB and support functions

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
