Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the Service Supervisor provides direct supervision of service technicians and Installation crews to ensure the highest quality of professional and technical service to our customers. The Service Supervisor coaches, motivates and trains the service team and office staff.
Major Activities
Assist customers daily, including responding to inquires and concerns, and selling and providing customer training on HVAC equipment.
Provide supervision of service technicians and CSC staff, including coaching, developing, providing instruction, and assisting in day-to-day operations as needed.
Perform equipment installation and repair; oversee yard set-up and tank replacement, ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation.
Provide accurate accounting of service inventory for vans and warehouse, ensuring appropriate quantities to meet service requirements while remaining within budget; review all customer invoicing before data entry.
Administer training and certification programs to both new and seasoned service technicians.
Attend to all required documentation, including certifications, State and Federal forms, maintenance reports, reviews and disciplinary action reports.
Education and Experience
Requires high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
Requires a minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years HVAC experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
