Summary:Under the direction of the Sr Benefits and Compensation Analyst, the Absence Management Specialistis responsible for the administrative coordination of all types of employee absences throughout the system, i.e., policyLeave-of-Absence, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leaves,and Long Term Disability (LTD) leaves and work related leaves.The Absence Management Specialist will assist and advise employees and management on the interpretation and procedures of the Leave-of-Absence Policy(ies)and ensure effective and timely integration of communication with employees, internal departments, and external insurance agencies as needed.The Absence Management Specialist serves as the primary liaison with Beacon insurance for all work related incidents and the coordination of programs designed to proactively address injury prevention and enhance workers safety.This position is responsible for extensive data tracking and providing timely reports and analyses on a regular basis.Assists the Sr Benefits and Compensation Analyst with strategic initiatives targeted towards addressing reduced absenteeism and productivity through integration of other educational programs and educational overviews to employees and departments as needed
Education:Associates degree, Bachelor s (preferred) in Business Administration or Human Resources and/or related experience.
Experience:Minimum five to seven years experience in Human Resources with a minimum of three years experience with FMLA, short term disability, workers compensation and LTD processing.Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
