Summary:Transcribes patient dictation.
Education:In addition to the skills normally obtained through completion of a High School education, secretarial training acquired from high school business program and post-high school secretarial program.Successful completion of medical terminology and medical transcription courses required.
Experience:Minimum previous experience of 1 year as a medical transcriptionist and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Pathology transcription experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
