8A-5P Job Details:
This position will perform a variety of duties both within and in support of the Southcoast Call Center.
Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training.
Ability to operate and access AMCOM Computer System is required, knowledge of Word and Excel preferred.
Good typing skills are required.
Duties require judgment in giving information to callers and routing of both routine and emergency calls.
Minimum one year related work experience is required.
