Assistant Manager (India Restaurant)
have a minimum of 2 years working in a full service restaurant establishment with a full bar should have worked in the back of the house/kitchen as well as all different aspects of dinning area - server, bartender, food pick-up, hosting etc possess superior hospitality and service skills have a passion for the hospitality industry and willing to work flexible hours possess excellent attention to detail, be a team player and proactive problem solver be well informed with computer/POS(micros) systems, strong problem solving skills, organizational and leadership skills.
Some cost control and sales growth knowledge preferred.
