Title:
LOB Controller Finance business partner to LOB SVP.
Responsible for all financial matters relating to the LOB including the development and achievement of financial targets; evaluation of overall business performance including evaluation of R&D projects and control of LOB OPEX; assessment and mitigation of risks to the business; advising on the development of business strategy and execution of business initiatives Key
Responsibilities:
Critically assessing weak spots in the business and making recommendations to LOB management, the supply chain and the regions to improve performance Developing key performance indicators that accurately reflect and measure the overall health of the business Driving the annual financial planning and ensuring a reliable quarterly forecasting processes including a well-managed handshake process with regions and supply chain Developing and coordinating quarterly business reviews with management LOB OPEX control and evaluation of R&D project to ensure alignment with business strategy and financial objectives as well as performing post-mortem assessment Participation in M&A activities related to the LOB including post-acquisition PMI reviews Strong track record of achieving results Communicate, interact and influence decisions at all levels Analyze and develop solutions to complex business problems MBA in Finance and/or Accounting with experience in a senior finance leadership rolenull Source:
