Position involves providing technical assistance for high-volume customer phone calls, making field service calls, and maintaining a professional, positive attitude.
Hours:
Full time, Monday through Friday / 8:
00am to 5:
00pm, 3 days in office/2 days remotePay Rate:

00 per hour depending on experienceTechnical Support Specialist (Plumbing) Duties &
Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume customer phone calls for technical assistance with product service, installation, and repairUse a working knowledge of technical product specs and water heating and hydronics fundamentals to communicate with customers via phone or emailShow diplomacy in difficult situations while adapting to change and maintaining goodwill with internal and external customersUse CRM system to keep accurate records of technical support calls and site visitsExplain and interpret product warranties to customersUse system tools to determine product cross references, sizes and types as requested by callersGive product/service training seminars to representatives, plumbers and contractors as requiredVisit customers to provide on-site troubleshooting of products or installation problemsWork flexible hours when requiredTechnical Support Specialist (Plumbing) Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as manufacturing technician and/or technical supportExperience with water heating or hydronic heating equipment preferredAble to use and understand HVAC and combustion test equipmentGood mechanical troubleshooting skills and attention to detailExperience with Salesforce.
