Hybrid Support Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY :
Provides IT support to end users on a variety of issues.
This person will be responding to with deskside and remote support issues.
Essential Functions:
Daily hands-on monitoring and maintaining, configurations, testing of the VDI enduser environment Will need to work seamlessly with other team members Follows through on all service requests, ensuring end user receives detailed information regarding status of request and time frame for resolution Will need to document resolutions Responds to tickets and issues within required timeframe Assists with onboarding and off boarding of user accounts, including VDI or hardware setup Installs, tests and configures new workstations, peripheral equipment and software Need to maintain inventory as well as licensing and access Assigns users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory and Azure Patches the VDI Assists with IT Infrastructure projects as needed Requirements:
Associate's Degree in IT (preferred) 3
years of helpdesk experience with deskside support, telephone and email support required Must have VDI experience Experience with Windows 7 and10, Experience with Office 2019 and 365 Preferred experience with Sharepoint and PowerBI knowledge of VMware Horizon View 7 and higher Experience in Active Directory setting up and disabling accounts as well as providing access.
Experience with one or more of the following:
PowerShell scripting, Office 365 User management and mailbox setup, ConnectWise, Networking and Voice Telecommunication is a plus Good working knowledge of laptops including, WIFI connectivity, Authentication (SafeNet), docking stations, laptop maintenance and operations Experience working with Antivirus Software Experience with IOS support Hybrid Support Analyst Recommended Skills Antivirus Softwares Authentications Help Desk Information Technology Laptops Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
