- Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems associated with application software and operating systems; determine the source of problems and classify their level, priority, and nature.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, and telecommunications equipment.
- Install and support PC, laptop, tablet and mobile hardware and some software- Customer Service Skills- Analyze and make recommendations for hardware and software standardization- Understand the basics of Active Directory and network groups- Assist with network issues - switch/routers- Document procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions- Must be on-site at Cranston- Can work with a team as well as individually- Microsoft Office skills- Blue Zone, MacAfee, InTune skills preferred- Windows 10At TCC, we know that having a strong company culture is paramount in sustaining the success and stability of the company, especially within the information technology industry.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
