Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team.
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for fabricating, machining, and assembling parts according to specifications.
You will utilize various tools and equipment to ensure high-quality production.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manufacturing machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders - Fabricate and assemble parts using hand tools and power tools - Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Utilize CAD software to design and modify parts - Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in manufacturing or machining preferred - Proficient in the use of hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
