Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated HSE Advisor to join our team. The HSE Advisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and implement safety programs and policies
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences
- Provide training on safety procedures, emergency response, and first aid
- Stay up-to-date on workers compensation laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions
- Monitor environmental protection activities in accordance with EPA guidelines
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend measures to reduce occupational hazards
Experience:
- Proven experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards
- Familiarity with workers compensation laws and practices
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or other relevant emergency response training
- Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs
- Strong understanding of EHS principles (Environment, Health, Safety)
- Ability to fabricate reports and analyze data for safety improvement initiatives

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
