$1,987-2,318/weekWe are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team.
This position offers a 13-week renewable contract, working night shifts from 7:
00 PM to 7:
00 AM.
As an ICU RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to critically ill patients.
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ICU patients.
Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and cardiac rhythms to detect any changes in the patient's condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist in performing diagnostic tests and procedures.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Valid and active RN license in the state of Rhode Island.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and BCLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are required.
Ability to work every other weekend as part of the schedule.
Contracted hours are guaranteed, ensuring stability and consistency.
Note:
COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory, with medical exemptions considered.
Local candidates residing in the Providence, RI area are accepted.
No minimum experience required.
