Designs, develop and delivers training programs to support business line appropriate staff and as needed any necessary outside staff.
Builds relationships and works with business line management to identify training needs; delivers World Class Service during all interactions.
Responsible for implementing and monitoring training programs effectiveness, transer of learning and behavioral change.
Contributes to the development and implementation of Business Line wide initiatives.
Responsible for assisting with onboarding and mentoring and development of other Trainers as team members.
Responsibilities:
Designs, develop and facilitates training programs emphasizing technical and sales skills, applications, vendor and product information, AAA quality standards and Five Diamond Member experience culture.
Delivers training utilizing a variety of training techniques.
Ensures trainees comprehend the complexity and depth of related information.
Facilitates training programs in a variety of settings including formal classroom settings, various locations, regional training centers, distance learning and one-on-one training sessions.
Training programs may be conducted after business hours.
Depending on business line training may delivered to non-employees.
Trainings may occur both indoor and outdoor in all weather conditions.
Builds professional relationships with AAA partners and vendors.
Maintains high level of topical expertise and knowledge of all product offerings, industry trends, department policies and procedures.
Participates in department meetings to communicate proactively the status of training initiatives, ideas, and concepts and to gather feedback from the management staff.
Provides constructive coaching throughout training and nesting to help learners refine and enhance their technical and professional skills toward established standards.
Develops and adjust training programs geared toward the depth of knowledge required by the trainees' position and prior skills.
Working with the Safety Manager, supports the estabilishment of a safety culture by incorporating safe working practices and OSHA requirements in all training programs.
Remain knowledgeable of industry trends by attending related seminars and courses, and maintaining industry certifications.
Represents the department and organization at Club, community and industry functions.
Depending on Business Line assist the operatons during events or high demand weather related storm.
Depending on Business Line works closely with monitoring/quality assurance team to identify performance gaps and opportunities and recommends learning solutions to line management.
Establishes strong working relationships with other trainers, management and leadership.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Education/Licenses:
Bachelors degree or 6-8 years of additional relevant experience Technical/Certifications:
Current ASE electrical or engine repair certification (A1 &A6) and Wreckmaster Certification Level 2/3, or ability to obtain same within twelve months of employment is required.
Must be able to operate tow vehicles and successfully pass a Driver's License Check, 6 months minimum DOT Physical.
CTC/CTA Certification for Travel Trainers Insurance designations (CPCU, INS, AINS, API, ACSR, AAI, CIC, CISR, etc.
) for Insurance Trainers
Experience:

years of relevant experience or business line industry experience 3

Requires the ability to impart knowledge with accuracy and patience to learners of various skill levels and backgrounds on a technical level.
Comfort and familiarity with current industry standard technical including personal electronic equipment.
Ability to interact with a matrix management structure, reporting to technical and functional manager.
Ability to operate a computer/mobile device with relevant software applications.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
