- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to customers - Load and unload packages from the vehicle using proper lifting techniques - Verify the accuracy of packages and ensure they are delivered to the correct locations - Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company - Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues during deliveries - Maintain delivery records and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role - Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations - Ability to read maps and navigate through various locations - Strong time management skills to ensure timely deliveries - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to lift heavy packages and use proper lifting techniques - Familiarity with forklift operation, inventory control, shipping receiving, OSHA regulations, materials handling, pallet jack, order picker, and other related equipment is a plus This position offers competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
