You will be responsible for maintaining labor efficiencies within established time standards and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Monitor and maintain labor efficiencies to ensure adherence to established time standards.
Self-pick parts, equipment, tooling, and materials required for production tasks.
Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Operate production machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines and procedures.
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Basic computer skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed Working Hours:
