Responsibilities:
Act as Subject Matter Expert for IT Cloud Operations.
Leverage extensive technical knowledge and expertise of Cloud Operations, cloud system administration, cloud configuration management, and cloud monitoring in the design, implementation, and operationalization of applications, systems, and processes to ensure cloud business readiness.
Independently design and implement robust and maintainable cloud utilities and or automated processes for efficient cloud operations.
Lead the management of cloud operational monitoring, metrics, and logging systems; Splunk, New Relic, Elastic, ELK, Stackdriver or similar.
Lead the management of designing, implementing and operating build and release automation (CICD).
Lead the review of cloud systems or technical services to identify risks, optimize opportunities and make recommendations to leadership based on findings.
Establish and execute monitoring processes and procedures of applications and holistic infrastructure to identify risks and trouble shoot problems.
Oversee updates of operational support documentation relating to specific cloud applications or services.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and support staff to ensure continuous and reliable delivery of service.
Lead the investigation and solves problems across various hybrid systems and software applications.
Lead the creation of knowledge management and training resources of new features introduced into the cloud operational environment.
Lead in the partnership with cross-functional teams to document knowledge on new system features and enhancements.
Lead the gathering and organizing efforts of data and reporting of service utilization of AWS.
Develop procedures, oversees, collaborates with cross-functional teams and implements costs allocation tags for AWS services.
Provide input for recommendations of new systems and software based on technical expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams on reviewing cost models.

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, or foreign equivalent, or a closely related field.
Must have five years of experience where required experience obtained.
Must have five years of experience in:
Cloud Network EngineeringIT Cloud Operations practices including managing cloud services and AWSDevOps experienceExperience with CI/CD with ELK, Stackdriver or similar log aggregation equivalent; with SolarWinds, Splunk, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic or similar monitoring equivalent; and with system administration for Linux/Windows in a container-focused environment.
