Join our team as an on-call property manager where you will be showing our apartments on The East Side of Providence to incoming graduate students with a smile on your face and make every tour a memorable experience! Responsibilities:
Showing of apartments to possible tenants Virtual and On-site showings / Vacant and Occupied Units Apartment walkthroughs Move-in and Move-out Inspection Occupied Apartment Inspection Taking Photos of the Apartments during walkthroughs Taking care of Property-related documents and/or financials Sending out Mails, Printing Labels, Folding Letters and carefully placing them inside envelopes.
Picking up and dropping mails at the post office Printing up documents and checks in the office Managing Inventory of Property Supplies
Qualifications:
Very Flexible Amazing Attitude Smiling Face Must be a People Person Requirement Smartphone You will work closely with property managers and maintenance staff.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
