Our client is looking for an Director, Quality to develop, inspire and lead Quality, Continuous Improvement and compliance programs throughout the organization. As a member of the executive leadership team, the Director of Quality will lead cross-functional processes and systems with Technical Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:
o Continuously driving Quality Policy:
o Responsible for implementing and managing ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
o Formulating and establishing quality policies and procedures.
o Driving the culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
o MS or MBA degree with a minimum of five (5) years experience in a Director role. PhD degree is a plus.
o Black Belt level six sigma certification required. Master Black Belt Certification a plus
o Proven background within a Lean Manufacturing environment, LEAN practitioner.
o Baldridge (MBNQA) experience a plus, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, 14000 a plus.
o Excellent verbal written and communication skills.
o The charisma, drive and energy to create a work environment that promotes organizational-wide teamwork and continuous improvement.
Compensation: DOE
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
