Financial Reporting Manager
Providence client has an immediate need for a Financial Reporting Manager. This position will be responsible for managing, leading and developing the Corporate Financial Reporting department. This person will be responsible for producing both internal and external consolidated financials statements, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets and have balance sheet responsibility for the corporate division.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Managing, leading and developing the Corporate Financial Reporting department.
Coordinate and prepare SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Proxy).
Produce monthly consolidated financial statements for management and parent company.
Produce annual consolidated US GAAP (external) financial statements
Coordinate preparation of various external audit request in connection with annual audit and mid-year reviews
Prepare Quarterly Forecasts and Annual Budget
Experience:
5-8 years experience with mix of public/private
CPA preferred
Strong SEC experience
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
Supervisory and management experience
