Summary:

Responsibilities:

) Selling Personal Training and progressing club PT revenue through various strategies.
2.
) Customer Service - Managing and maintaining client base of club for PT.
3.
) Training and developing personal trainers to ensure high retention rate.
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Basic computer literacy Strong technical understanding of Personal Training techniques including, but not limited to, client assessments program design, basic nutrition and basic supplementation Strong communication skills Excellent time management skills Strong organizational skills Ability to manage team of 5 or more Personal Trainers Spanish Speaking is a preferred but not required.
EXPERIENCE - Minimum 6 months of Personal Training experience - Minimum 6 months of Sales experience - Minimum 6 months Management experience COMPENSATION:
