Summary:This position provides technical support for remote location customers on the CCHP network; install and fix computer related problems; install and troubleshoot network router/switches, software, and hardware problems; research and implement potential solutions; and assist with assigned project tasks. Will work in an environment troubleshooting and repairing Windows-based and peripherals within a networked environment, will utilize Active Directory and other enterprise management tools; will document, resolve networking and equipment problems in an incident management system. Position requires vehicle and traveling to various CCHP locations within the metro Providence, RI and surrounding areas.The ideal Candidate will have experience in LAN/WAN administration, supporting end users, troubleshooting PC's and related hardware.
Education:High School Diploma or GED required, Associate Degree or Technical Certifications preferred.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
