Manufacturing Supervisor - Jewelry
Seasoned Supervisor with a minimum of 10 years in a manufacturing setting, ideally supervising 20
people.
Demonstrated ability of managing the entire floor, from PO's and Inventory through Shipping and Returns.
Experienced with bench work and hand assembly
Proven record of efficiency improvement and a strong desire to mentor/train employees
Knowledge of facets of jewelry industry
Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Continuous improvement and Computerized manufacturing (MRP)
Any Lean manufacturing knowledge OR experience with E2 Shop Systems Software a plus
Experience with multi-cultural workforce.
Respect for safe work practices and safe work environment.
Experience with reviewing work force to lay groundwork for improvement
Energetic and focused. Positive and motivated. Organized and well groomed
Bi lingual Spanish a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
