NEED SOMEONE ASAP. Replacement for a Worker reaching 3 year mark. Looking to schedule interviews next week, week of 03/09, and start once OnBoarding is completed. They want to cross train before Worker leaves at the end of the month.
The Master Scheduler/Planner will provide accurate S&OP and Build Plans (Procurement Plans for purchase resale items) to selected manufacturing plants in order to facilitate timely ordering of purchased materials and scheduling of plant production, provide superior distribution of product to customers via the Distribution Planning System and achieve targeted inventory turns & on-time line and order fill performance goals. Also responsible for providing leadership and direction for determining and maintaining appropriate stocking levels for all assigned Finished Goods (MFG) across multiple product lines, stocked in multiple distribution centers, ensuring that key performance metrics (On time delivery (OTTR), Line Fill, DOS and Customer Order Past Due) are achieved. The position is also responsible for driving and implementing common processes across the enterprise.
o Respond to Customer Service inquiries on product availability
o Ensure timely fulfillment of Customer Orders
o Analyze and put in corrective actions for missed customer orders

o Premier & all stocked Item Availability.
o Take on a department leadership role for projects assigned, such as following:

o Finished Goods OSMI (obsolete & slow moving inventory).
o New Product Development.
o Budget Process.
o End of Life.
o Finished Goods Inventory Investment Reduction.
o Continuous Improvement Projects
o This individual schedules, places and manages the orders placed on the MFG Sites, to ensure material is delivered on time, to support key performance indicators.
o Act as main point of contact for tactical MFG issues to drive solutions before they are communicated or escalated internally.
o Effectively articulate what has been done to manage the issues including next steps in the process and what needs to be done for any required internal escalation effort.
o Ensure that the MFG sites are utilizing and implementing forecasts and acknowledging orders immediately and accurately within established lead-times.
o Take lead with the MFG on excess and obsolete FG items and lead internal evaluation of liability.
o Identify/track/communicate/manage/lead 'recovery' actions to ensure MFG site(s) drive buffer strategies and backlog with their supply chain.
o Understand all forecasts and order changes from demand planning before they are given to MFG.
o Communicate, coordinate and manage MFG site(s) schedule gaps and gap solutions directly with key stakeholders.
o Maintains proper inventory levels per the Business Unit's order policies.
o Demonstrates an active commitment to continuous improvement in the areas of Quality, Cost, Delivery and Lead Time.
o Key Metrics:

o Customer Order Past Dues and recovery
o Customer OTTR (on-time to request date)
o Inventory DOS (days of supply)
REQUIREMENTS:

o Four-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
o Professional Expertise (preferred):
APICS CPIM certification.
o 5
years experience in planning, master scheduling or logistics in a manufacturing environment.
o Individual must have a thorough knowledge of manufacturing operations, planning & master scheduling functions and demonstrate effective communication skills.
o A team leader & individual contributor that will think strategically and effectively when faced with difficult challenges.
o Strong problem solving skills.
o Preference will be given to candidates with a B.Comm, Major in P.O.M.
o Minimum 5 years experience working with MRP systems
o Must be able to demonstrate strong spreadsheet capability - Pivot Tables and V look ups
o JDE and/or JBA and/or Nashen experience helpful
o Experience managing planning across multiple sites and Distribution Centers.
o Preferred, global experience, both with suppliers and internal partners across geographies, cultures and time zones.
o Demonstrated success implementing and working with advanced supply solutions with suppliers. (Pull systems/Kanban, shared scheduling, JIT 2, inventory bond programs, etc.)
o Experience managing the supply chain to orders and forecasts.
o Excellent relationship management skills as the job will involve being a liaison with multiple functions.
o Prior experience in resolving issues pertaining to placing, changing, expediting and administrating of manufacturing fulfillment orders.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills with all levels of employees and management with counterparts in US, EMEA, APAC regions.
o Experience in dealing with web based tools and should be comfortable with working on various reporting tools which are web based.
o Excellent PC skills and should be well versed with Microsoft Products like Excel, Word and Access (optional).
o Exposure to Six Sigma & Project Management is also desirable.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
