Maintenance Mechanic Leader
Serves as Work Leader for Maintenance and Operations in accomplishing trades and labor work.
Serves as Work Leader for fifteen employees.
Passes on instructions to workers from supervisors.
Demonstrates proper work methods and starts work.
Overseas the scheduling of work to keep everyone in work crews busy.
Checks work in progress and when finished, for compliance with supervisors instruction.
Assures safety and housekeeping rules are followed and all Life Safety and Infection Control policies and procedures are followed.
Handles routine office matters including credit card purchases and timekeeping.
Serves as the person responsible for and performing a variety of duties involved in the maintenance of buildings and related structures, fixtures and utilities.
Overseas, directs and performs a multitude of maintenance requirements, i.

electrical wiring, painting, repairs of plumbing and steam systems, etc.
