Client Services Specialist
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking to add to their growing sales team to help maintain their current market. The Client Services Specialist should be driven & enthusiastic. Your goal is provide excellent customer service support the sales team.
Requirements:
o Strong phone presence and proven outbound sales calls experience
o Can demonstrate great literacy skills
o Can demonstrate strong numeric skills
o Desire to succeed
o Can-do attitude and flexibility
Duties:
o Provide and relay key management information to the leadership team using Salesforce CRM and Excel.
o Monitor daily activity
o Admin support to sales members
o Logistical support to outside sales members of the team
Ideally you should be a graduate with a 4 year degree and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
