The Human Resources Generalist will provide professional level support within and in support of the Human Resources function by assisting in a range of services to employees and management including change management, recruitment, employment, compensation, employee relations, training, and other related areas.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar level, professional HR role with prior HRIS experience
- Working knowledge of recruitment, compensation, employment and labor practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
