Support Management team through a leadership role to execute a la carte service on the front line, improving customer service scores, delegating and follow through of operation
Experience:
Strong saut skills preferred One to two years of experience in a fine dining facility Able to operate all kitchen equipment Commendable knife skills Some supervisory experience is preferred Skills:
hospitality skills, ability to multi task, language proficiency Physical Job Requirements:
