Thanks for your interest in this beautiful quiet cozy 1920s home just outside Pawtuxet Village. I went to Brown Medical School (MD Class of 2016) and loved how convenient and quick the commute was from here to the medical school, hospital complex, College Hill, downtown Providence, beaches and other RI charm, and more. My wife and I are moving to the Texas Medical Center in Houston for her surgical fellowship the next two years so we're hoping some current Brown graduate / medical students, residents / fellows, or faculty / staff can make our home theirs in our absence! The listing is for two sunny large bedrooms (one has a closet, looks out at the street, and can be furnished or empty; the other looks at the backyard, has two closets, and is empty) and the rest of the home is furnished but we can also move / remove furniture as needed if you have (some of) your own. Central air conditioning (two zones - upstairs / downstairs) for summer, gentle radiator heat for winter, and in-home dishwasher and washer / dryer. Lots of storage throughout the home and in the unfinished (but sealed / dry / clean) basement. Fenced in backyard perfect for human or pet relaxation and play. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, neighbors watch out for each other and there's an annual block party, lots of safe sidewalks and a quick walk / drive to the restaurants / shops in Pawtuxet village. Pets are welcome (and encouraged) with approval - our husky Jack has loved the home and completely fenced-in backyard. Sewer / water provided, along with professional yard maintenance and snow removal. Tenant(s) cover other utilities - electric, gas, and TV / internet. We're planning to keep some belongings in the third (not listed / shown in photos) bedroom and a corner of the basement, since we're not sure if we'll return in two years after my wife's fellowship or not. We also hope to briefly visit once or twice through the year but would give you months head notice, stay in that third bedroom and quietly do our own thing, and be out of your way.
