We will also add waterproofing paint to your concrete basement walls and floor ONLY with the BEST concrete waterproofer called DRYLOK PRO!

We have a minimum of $5,000 cost for an approximate 6ft x 15ft area and we will custom build certain areas if necessary.

This service includes the following:

1. Digging up one foot deep on an angle away from the house

2. Adding 2 layers of waterproofing plastic in the hole

3. Then topping it off with 1/2" or 3/4" white, blue, or natural decorative stones

4. The decorative stones will fill the hole and make your property look amazing which should increase property value

5. The cost will include any investigation of underground piping to make sure nothing is touched

Generally, there should never be any piping coming into your home from the front yard that is above one foot underground, but we will always check with the appropriate authorities to make sure your property has no issues before we dig.
